Interesting thread! Do check around the existing threads which bsoltan linked you. For info on what we've found so far about low-req stuff, both still possible and "nerfed," please check the low req. project thread here in the same section.

Some things to add to your list.

"Tattered Girl's Cape" They used to drop but haven't for years. Some still exist in folks' inventories, though. I don't have one to take a picture of, sorry.

There were 25% Charrslaying mods for swords, bows and hammers from Ascalon area collector weapons. Either right before or right at EotN's release, they were changed to 20% versions. The existing 25% versions are still in the game. I just took the screenshots to make you this picture a few minutes ago.

does anybody know the german name of "Tattered Girl's Cape"
i cant find it in german wiki

edit: sry shady but i rellay cant follow you

edit2: iam a bit confused about the bows
the one with stance... is still ingame
the denravi bow got nerfed but you also cant get it from the collector
is it still unique with these stats? i think ther is no other oldschool 5energy bow is it?

edit3; does anybody knows what happend with the denravi axe?

i do recall seeing one once, it was grey dye but a different shade on the bottle
